Hans-Dieter Riede looks back on more than 25 years of professional experience in chemical and process industry. After his graduation as Chemical Engineer at the University of Karlsruhe he began his professional career at a large chemical group in Germany. With continuously increasing responsibility first as project manager for new chemical and environmental protection plants, later in production and as technical director of a large chemical site and at last as Managing director of a Technical Service company he gained broad experience in chemical industry and industrial park management.
2007 Mr. Riede joined a global operating engineering company for design and construction of polysilicon- and ingot & wafer plants. There he had the overall responsibility for research and development, marketing & sales and the international projects with project volumes of several hundred million Euros.
Since 2014 Mr. Riede is co-owner and managing director of the newly formed ENIGA GmbH which offers consultancy, technology and engineering for polysilicon, environmental protection and industrial park development.
Dr. Michael Wieneke
Dr. Michael Wieneke can look back on more than 15 years of experience in chemical and process industry.
As a graduated chemist he did his doctor at the Ludwig-Maximilian-University of Munich. During his occupational career, he gained experience in leading positions in the production, process and method development. His field was the “Spezial and Feinchemie”.
After 2010 he was the leader of the R&D department in a big plant construction company. He also was in charge of projects in the Polysilicon, Ingot & Wafer section with a value over more than hundred Million euro.
Since 2014 Mr. Dr. Wieneke is shareholder and leader of technology at the young and innovative company ENIGA.
Dr. Christian Keck
Dr. Christian Keck looks back on more than 10 years experience in the polysilicon industry.
He graduated and earned his PhD in chemistry at the Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität Munich and the university Regensburg.
Afterwards he developed processes and hardware for polysilicon production and is holding several patents in this field.
As project manager he lead projects with a budgets beyond 100 Mio €, before becoming Director engineering & equipment with a group of approx. 100 employees.
Since 2012 he is member of the management board in amocon.Si and as shareholder he founded the start-up ENIGA in 2014, where he is COO.
Felix Hirschmüller looks back on more than 15 years of professional experience in business management, especially while working in the field of process and plant engineering industry. In 2005 he finished his training as tax consultant and graduated at the St. Gallen Business School in the following years. His graduation was finished in 2011 with a general management diploma.
During his continuing education he got experience in material processing, while working on projects of a big chemical business. Later on, he became the leader of the material processing section of this company, operating on a yearly volume over 100 million euro.
During this time, he had to manage worldwide projects in the field of plant engineering and polysilicon worth more than 150 million euro.
Since 2012 he is the financial manager of amocon.Si GmbH.
With the formation of ENIGA GmbH he became shareholder and leader of finance in the young and innovative company ENIGA GmbH.
